Each project begins with a Bode architectural model and the selection of the performance level, completion package, and interior collection that best align with the project’s location, budget, and objectives. From the structural building envelope through exterior materials and integrated interior systems, every component is thoughtfully coordinated to create a more predictable and efficient construction experience.

From there, the Bode kit becomes the foundation for a completed model, assembled and finished on site by the project’s builder and trades. Whether creating a single residence, cottage retreat, rental property, multigenerational dwelling, or an entire community, Bode provides the architecture, engineered systems, material packages, and coordination needed to move confidently from concept to construction. The result is a streamlined approach that combines design, performance, and material integration while preserving the flexibility of site-built construction.

Budget correctly

When comparing alternatives, compare equivalent scope. A Bode package price should not be compared with a completed project price or with another material package that includes materially different components. Your dealer or development representative can help normalize the comparison.
