How The Bode System Works.
Performance Optimized Construction Kits Engineered for Tomorrow.
Your Project. Your Pathway. One Bode System.
Bode is not a completed-home product. It is a configurable engineered construction-kit and material-package system that gives purchasers, builders and project teams a clear way to define performance, material scope and finish integration. Each project can be configured around its location, performance requirements, builder capabilities, budget and desired level of completion.
Core, Shield and Fortify establish the performance pathway, allowing the building envelope and structural strategy to respond to project-specific conditions. Open, Integrated and Integrated+ then define how much of the material and construction scope is coordinated through Bode, with curated interior collections providing additional finish and design options.
This flexible approach supports projects ranging from individual residences to multi-unit communities. Rather than delivering a finished home, Bode provides a more coordinated way to build—bringing architecture, engineering, building systems, materials and selections together within one adaptable platform.
The Bode Formula
PERFORMANCE PLATFORM + COMPLETION PACKAGE + INTERIOR COLLECTION / OPTIONS
= YOUR BODE KIT CONFIGURATION
Why the system is structured this way
A site in a demanding wind or seismic region may need a different engineering pathway than a typical site. A developer with strong local trades may want a different material scope than a purchaser seeking maximum coordination. Bode separates these decisions so the right performance does not have to be tied to only one finish or completion level.
Not modular but a different way to think.
Bode is best described as an engineered construction-kit system. Components and materials are specified and packaged for site construction according to the selected scope. A local builder or project team is still required to complete construction and all work outside the Bode package.
