At the community scale, repeatability matters. Bode’s two-axis architecture allows a developer to establish a project-wide performance standard and then select the material/completion strategy that best matches local construction capabilities, project phasing and pro forma requirements.

A configurable community kit strategy

• Choose a model mix appropriate to the site and market.

• Establish Core, Shield or Fortify based on project requirements.

• Choose Open, Integrated or Integrated+ based on desired material coordination.

• Create an exterior palette and controlled elevation mix.

• For Integrated+, use curated Interior Collections to establish repeatable finish specifications.

• Coordinate project-specific engineering and documentation as required.

Where the value can emerge

A repeatable kit strategy can reduce the number of unique material decisions, create clearer scopes, support consistent design intent and give builders a more predictable package to work from. Actual schedule, labour, installed cost and development outcomes remain project-specific and should be evaluated with the project team.
